What is your return/exchange policy?
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final; however, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out! we would love to solve the problem.

how long will my order take to ship?
we kindly ask for 2-5 business days for basic order fulfillment
for orders marked as *PREORDER*, please expect for up to a 3-week wait. I am a one-woman team, and while I'll absolutely work to get these items made and shipped as quickly as possible, handmade items take time!
Where do you ship to?
Currently, due to tariffs, we only ship within the US. We hope this changes in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
Do you accept commissions?
As of now, we do not accept commissions, but expect news on this front coming very soon!
